When we truly step out of the day to day, are immersed in a safe, inspiring environment, challenged with big open questions, surrounded by others we learn from and with, my experience is that something very special occurs.
This is about experiencing, questioning, reflecting, repackaging old memories, making sense of new ones. The workshop principles are: bring all of yourself; there are no slides; ideas are discussed and built around simple mental models, important open questions and exercises to enhance self awareness.
The intent is that each person takes away the things that will support their unique pathway to great leadership. The trend towards physically separated teams makes me believe that this type of program is needed more than ever.
