Mentoring
I loved the opportunities that I had to lead. I am looking for opportunities to help others.
As my career progressed I became acutely aware of the incredible impact of finding, developing and motivating exceptional leaders at all levels of the organisation. In my last 10 years, I saw that as the single most important thing that I needed to do in order to deliver the goals that I was accountable for.
For me the logic was overwhelmingly simple. If I could find and mentor people to the point where they led with competence, authenticity and confidence, then my own time would be liberated and could be fully optimised.
I am a great listener, have broad global business experience and have a philosophy of leadership that served me well. I like to develop and deploy mental models in order to help understanding and enjoy the process of creating new ways of thinking in the interaction with others.
